Account & Login

Q: How do I create an account?
A: Click the “Sign Up” button at the top right of the homepage. Fill in your email, create a password, and start uploading or browsing.

Q: I forgot my password. What should I do?
A: Use the “Forgot Password?” link on the login page. You’ll receive a reset link by email.

Q: How can I delete my account?
A: Please contact us via [email] or the form below with your username and deletion request. We’ll handle it within 72 hours.

 

Uploading & Sharing Images

Q: What file formats are supported?
A: Currently we support .JPG, .JPEG, and .PNG files up to [X MB] in size.

Q: Are there content guidelines for uploads?
A: Yes. Please only upload your own work or content you have rights to share. No NSFW, hateful, or illegal material. See our Terms of Service for full details.

Q: Can I make my images private?
A: You can choose whether to share your uploads publicly or keep them unlisted in your account settings (feature availability may vary).

 

Downloading & Licensing

Q: Can I download images from JPGTown?
A: If the creator has enabled downloading, you’ll see a “Download” button. Always check the license attached to the image before using it for any project.

Q: Can I use JPGTown images for commercial use?
A: That depends on the license set by the uploader. Look for "Free for Commercial Use", "Attribution Required", or "Editorial Use Only" notes under the image.

 

Community & Feedback

Q: How do I report inappropriate content?
A: Click the “Report” button under any image or user profile. Our moderation team reviews reports within 24–48 hours.

Q: Can I follow or message other users?
A: Following is currently supported. Messaging features are in development. Stay tuned!

Q: I found a bug. How can I report it?
A: Please email us at [support@jpgtown.com] or use the contact form below with as many details as possible.
